a.) The Amsoil Retail-on the-Shelf Program contains a 12-store policy regarding the number of retail locations owned by one business.

  • Business that own more than 12 retail outlets may register individual outlets as separate accounts.
  • Individual outlets/accounts may not use centralized distribution, group shipments, transfer products between outlets or combine advertising credits.

b.) Amsoil retail accounts may not sell Amsoil products via the Internet or retail catalogs.

c.) Amsoil retail accounts are not allowed to publish prices of Amsoil products in any national advertising medium, including broadcast, print or electronic formats.
